The company is a market leading biotechnology company manufacturing instruments and reagents for molecular diagnostics. Their product portfolio consists of CE-IVD and real time PCR kits to detect bacteria, parasites and viruses.
With a market leading presence, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Regional Account Manager for Northern France and Southern Belgium.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts and increasing the sales revenue in the territory.
The customer base includes hospital and private laboratories.
Responsible for selling the full portfolio of instruments, CE-IVD and real time PCR kits.
The position is home office based in the Paris area, with regular travel within the territory of Northern France and Southern Belgium.
Develop strong customer relationships through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, as well as internal R&D and Technical Support.
Generate new leads from exhibitions, tradeshows and marketing campaigns through managing booths.
The RequirementsEducated with Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree or PhD; Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering; or related field.
Existing experience in a Sales or Applications function within the Molecular Diagnostics market.
Goal oriented, highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
French and English language proficiency is a necessity.
