We are looking for a Trainee to support Senior Management of our Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) organisation with understanding of Sales trends.

The offer

You’ll join Business Management Team, we are in charge of:
  • Management Reporting for Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) organisation
  • Costs & Budget monitoring with a special focus on the marketing budget
  • Supporting all departments across our value chain from an adminsistrative point of view

What you’ll be doing:
  • Daily, weekly and monthly management reporting
  • Monthly calculations of value of flows and value of AuM (Asset under Management)
  • Regularly update and validation of a fee repository
  • Support Senior Management with ad hoc assignments

Your profile and background:
  • Fluency in English is a must. French, German or other European language skills are considered as a plus
  • Strong ability to work in a structured way and unwavering attention to detail
  • Skilled in usage of MS Office applications – Especially Excel
  • The candidate should be team-oriented, open-minded and flexible
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
